Great work.
I really respect the hard working guys at this awesome shop. I took our blazer in for an oil change. They checked our car out inside and out. They found my brakes needed repair. They called me in and showed me the damage, and repaired it that very day. They are quick and trustworthy. I tell all my friends to go here.

Great place to send your enemies!
My husband decided to spring for a Goodyear card, and put this whole purchase on credit - otherwise, we would NEVER have been able to afford this catastrophe. When all was said and done, the work cost $3000 - yes, three THOUSAND dollars. He had decided to get a bunch of ""little things"" fixed (door hinge bolts, weather stripping, scheduled maintenance on the transfer case, replace some leaky engine hoses, etc). He... view more left it for a day, then paid and picked it up. Not a day later, and we started having serious problems with the A/C - it WILL NOT WORK. We took it back 3 TIMES (for the A/C, and a couple other things), and they suggested that it is just how the truck is...it takes a couple minutes for the A/C to kick on. We were aware of this, and told them so. This wasn`t the problem...the A/C was blowing HOT AIR continuously - it did not work AT ALL, much less in a ""couple minutes"". If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. My husband and I will end up having to pay off this stupid credit card for work that was never done correctly...and the kicker? We`ll have to take it to another shop to ACTUALLY get it fixed...costing us more money. INCOMPETENT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! However, if you`d like to refer your enemies to the place, I`m sure you`ll get enough enjoyment to last a lifetime. :D

Extremely dishonest and incompetent; won`t accept responsibilty for problems.
Brought car in to be checked out for knocking sound from axle. Was specifically told no charges for diagnostics unless deep level diagnostics required, in which case they promised to tell me before doing so in order to decline or accept fee.

They couldn`t find problem, so I had to drive with them to show problem. I didn`t want to do work with them, so they wanted to charge me $138 for 1.5 hours worth of drivin... view moreg my car. I had them do repair, and refused all the additional services ($738 to change timing belt and water pump!!! as scheduled maintenance).

On my axle swap, they charged me $300 to replace a $70 part and 1.5 hours labor.

They wanted to change my rotors, which I declined (I never asked them to check my brakes or timing belt by the way.) I replaced rotors myself next day, they forgot to put one of my lug nuts back on. Then they stripped three of my wheel studs (lugs). I could only put two lug nuts back on the car as they stripped the threads from their impact wrench (obvious because the threads were bad about 1/2 inch down the stud, which doesn`t happen from hand tightening lug nuts.)

They told me if I could get the car there they would repair it, so I drove there with two lug nuts on my car.

They suddenly couldn`t fix it that day, it would have to wait 48 hours until the manager was back. I would have to PAY to have it repaired. The assistant manager ADMITTED that they broke one of the lug nuts when they removed the wheel. They didn`t tell me about this when I took my car and it was NOT documented in my paperwork. The ASM then tries to tell me someone would have told me; like I would leave the lot with my car missing a lug nut if someone told me, we`re talking a $2 part. He then tried to shift blame to me since my car needed repairs and somehow I was partly responsible for the bad threads and missing/broken lug nut.

Stay away, extremely dishonest and overcharge for all work. Damage your car when you refuse to pay for unneeded repairs.

Turn around and do not stop.
My brother took my car to the shop because it was overheating and the repairmen straight up said the problem with the thermostat. While it was being replaced he noticed the water pump leaking so he said that should be replaced and take care of the problem.

A couple of days later my car was overheating again so it was taken back to the shop where the manager said that the real problem was the fan and that it c... view moreould cause trouble because only one of the two fans was working. My brother decided to wait on the fan, financially we had to because we had spent so much on both the Thermostat and the water pump and the labor to go with it.

So on the way home my brother got to a stop light where he noticed that when he pushed on the gas the car would not go anywhere for a few seconds then it would slowly pic up momentum. Then he got a phone call on his cell from the shop telling him to pull over right away because there was transmission fluid all over the shop floor and that his transmission was going to fail if he kept on driving.

A few minutes later my brother finds out that they forgot to tighten a bolt on the Transmission and that was why it was leaking. Well that problem was solved and my brother left the shop after loosing even more time that he had to spend with these ""Clueless"" Mechanics.

The very next day my brother went out to go downtown and the right away the engine began to overheat and so he took the car back to Gemini Goodyear of Vancouver where they looked in the engine and found that the second fan had somehow failed on him and that the fan would have to be replaced right this second.

Needless to say that by this time my brother wised up and had it towed from Gemini Goodyear of Vancouver to another mechanic.

Why spend more on a group of people who have no integrity or sense of responsibility....
