Clearly the reviews here are written by Dh employees. If you look elsewhere, you will see how bad they really are. I had problems from the beginning. Sales have no customer service skills, and neither does the service team. They will lie and deceive to get the sale, then back out on what they promised. Go elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

the service seemed to be very good! They go above and beyond with the car wash, which is always a nice feature! The staff was friendly and helpful! There was a short wait in the beginning, even though my appointment was at noon, but they did have things ready about an hour earlier than expected which was fantastic! Overall, we were very pleased!

I have a Nissan but heard from 2 people

I have a Nissan but heard from 2 people that Hannah Kia was the place to go for service, so I thought I would give it a try. From Sarah, the service writer, to Dan Denman, the actual tech on my car, these people were AMAZING! I don`t know what all they did for a simple oil change, but I could almost swear they waxed my car. Highly recommend Hannah Kia, no matter what you`re driving!

This was my third visit to Dick Hannah Acura for routine service, and as usual, they clearly understand customer. My car was dropped off quickly, options were discussed for what was definitely needed, and possible issues to come up (brake linings). They were courteous and the car was ready about 20 minutes before it was promised. I own my fourth Acura (since 1987) because of the quality of their service. This did... view moren`t disappoint.
