Dishonest, Poor Workmanship, Definitely a lack of PRECISION

I took a vehicle in that had a couple simple issues that needed addressed. I received a fairly large bill for the work, but was pretty confident they had done the job right. It turned out that when the problems continued I had a friend who knows a bit about mechanics look at it and nothing in the least had been done to the vehicle to fix the problems. So I took it back in and told them nothing had changed, and I so... view morert of expected them to fix it properly with little or no cast. What happens? I get stuck with a new costly bill. went in because my car was making a noise. after spending $320 to replace parts that was said to be the problem, i went home to find the noise was still there. they were closed for the weekend so i decided to go into a ford dealership to have them tell me what the problem was. come to find out all i needed to do was add power steering fluid to car. this was a 4 dollar fix, and the noise was gone! and the parts that p... view morerecision auto had replaced didnt need to be fixed. they also charged me for parts installed that did not exist in my vehicle. i will never go here again. they saw that they could rip me off and they did. very unprofessional. would never recommend their service to anyone!

Honest Helpful Business

I was traveling south on I-5 when a belt broke. I just picked this place because it was close. I found them to be courteous and helpful. They had to order the belt but they did a safety inspection and found I needed four other belts. I thought there prices were reasonable. They fixed the problem that day.
