I swear by Evon down at Japanese Auto. I`ve used them for a quarter of a century, and in fact I only buy cars that he will repair, because it is my opinion it is the mechanic that counts, not the car! I remember once I had a problem with my muffler, it had blown out. I went in to ask him to fix it. I was told that it might mean replacing the muffler, and since the connecting pipe was getting thin, that as well.... view more I was told $350 dollars. I said do it. I went back to pick it up later that day and asked if they had fixed it. I was told with a wry smile that it was done. Evon told me it seemed to be lot of money for a muffler, so he had taken it across the road to a buddy who had a welding shop and they welded the hole shut. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said $5! I had agreed to a $350 repair, and he did it for $5! I swear by this guy. No doubt about it.

I just called these arrogant j...

I just called these arrogant jerks on 12-8-11. He was very rude and i was asking about a problem with my acura. I just bought my car and he asked me the last time my oil was changed i said two thousand miles. He said your lying to me and hung up on me. I was getting ready to replace the motor I love the car. Wonderful Customer Service

While I was talking to Evon, an older woman walked in and asked him about fixing her car, he asked me if I could excuse him and I said of course. He talked to her and took such good care of her! If my mom was local I wouldn`t hesitate to send her to this shop. He knows what he is doing and makes sure that every customer is treated with dignity and respect.
