We make sure that it is affordable and that you are our customer for life. We are conveniently located off of Lancaster and work with many local towing companies so that you know your car is in good hands from start to finish. The shop is owned by Scott and Jennifer Thomas. They have lived in the Salem area and know what it takes to make their customers happy. Most of their business is from repeat and referrals. Both Scott and Jennifer are mechanics and Scott is an ASE Certified Master Technician who takes pride in giving his customers the correct quote and correct solution the first time. It is very important to them that you know exactly what is wrong and the exact cost to fix it. If it doesn`t need to be fixed they won`t try to convince you it does.

I have never been so dissatisf...

I have never been so dissatisfied by an oil change before in my life. I was sold a coupon book in my place of business and was told by the salesman that this company had great service, were personable, and to top it off that they were Christians. I didn`t see any of this while I had my oil changed. I called to make an appointment (as they request) and when someone answered the phone they never said hello....fina... view morelly I realized someone was on the phone after it hadn`t rung anymore. I said hello and the woman said hey, I had to ask if this was Affordable Automotive Repair. The woman said yes and I made an appointment with her. I show up to my appointment and have to ask where I should park my car since there isn`t a lot of any kind. The woman then came over, took my coupon book and my key and drove my car into the garage leaving me outside and unsure of where to go or what to do. I told the sweet gentleman that was hard at work that I was going to go back to work, he said it will only take about 15min, I`ll even help her so it goes a lot more quickly. Then a car full of boys showed up and the woman stopped working on my car and started visiting with them. They all lit up their cigarettes (which some of us are not okay with having our lungs filled up with their second hand tar, but they obviously don`t care). Then it began to rain......I was still standing outside unsure of if there was a waiting room or anything. I stepped into the shop to get out of the rain, but had never felt so uncomfortable before in my life. I thought I was going to be kidnapped by the boys there, my car was going to blow up while she was smoking next to oil being poured into my car, and that my car was going to be stolen, it was that sketch. The sweet gentleman that worked on my car, pretty much by himself pulled my car out and held the door open for me. Thank God for him or else I would have left as soon as I pulled in. The ambiance of beer flags everywhere and cigarette smoke don`t thrill me in the least bit. I have yet to check my oil level to make sure it was filled enough, but if it wasn`t I will be sure to tell you. I still have 3 free oil changes left (after buying my coupon book) but will tell you I will not be using them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND!

This place maybe tucked away w...

This place maybe tucked away without the billboards and fancy advertising, but their caliber and customer service speak for themselves. Try stopping and asking them a few questions about your vehicle you will not be sorry. If you want honesty, excellence, reasonable prices, and timely service then this is the place to go! They even have a family dog to keep you company while you wait!
