My first time there was as perfect as it can be when your car is broke --- Great Job - Shane is the best. Highly recommend. I went in and was originally told I needed to go find a dealership. These Guys are Great!

You can`t beat the courtesy, ingenuity and good old common sense practical solutions Jim Stevens offers. Here`s the story: So I took my car to the fancy place that trucks your junk to Tigard and brings it back in the middle of the night. They gave me a very solemn and professional explanation of the work estimating $800 to $1100 start to finish. They were probably right, but ""ouch."" So I drove to Jim Stevens, whe... view morere Shane Courtney, the company president, took a quick look and asked if I had two mintues. He agreed with the diagnosis, but had a different idea for a fix. A socket wrench, a sturdy washer and a couple of expert twists later and Voila! ""Unless you get hit really hard at this point, that should hold it."" The price? A smile and a handshake. What`s not to like! They`ll probably do an expensive repair if you want, but in this economy we need more guys like this. Go there.

top notch service

Had some repair work done on the front of my truck and the service was top notch. These guys treated me with respect, fixed my bumper to top standards and did it with a smile.

The quality of their work is outstanding. Shane and Bill did a wonderful job on my repairs.

I would recommend these guys to anybody. If you need a repair and are in the pearl Jim Stevens is the place to get it done.
