My car was broken down really late at night near I 5 & 99W. I then found Canyon Auto Repair & Collision nearby, I called them in the morning spoke to Jerry towed the car to their shop, they found the problem and replaced the fuel pump right at the same day so I could go back to Eugene. Thanks Canyon Auto Repair for done a great job and me back on the road quickly.

Excellent & fast service

In September of 2011 we were involved in an accident in Tigard in our 1999 Honda Accord. We were in town from the state of Washington for the birth of a grandchild. We could not have been more pleased with the speed, efficiency, and quality of the repairs of our vehicle by Canyon Auto Repair and Collision in Tigard. We were also pleased with the cost. A true staple for my automotive needs

When I first moved to Oregon, I struggled to find a car repair shop I could trust for my Nissan Maxima which continued to leak oil from some unknown place. After taking it to two seperate repair shops and spending a small fortune, my car was still leaking oil! At this point, I had given up on the idea of having a clean garage floor and determined that I would just monitor the oil level in my car.
After two years o... view moref this, I came across Canyon Auto Repair who properly diagnosed and resolved the leak, for a relatively low price, compared to the previous price gouging shops I had visited before. They even gave me a loner car to use while mine was being fixed!!! It wasn`t easy to win my business or loyalty becuase every other shop touted that they knew what they were doing as well, but Lee and his crew made me a believer. This shop has since been a staple for my automotive needs for over 7 years.

Great Business

I have been taking my BMW to this mechanic shop for almost 10 years and can`t recommend them highly enough. As a female who doesn`t care to learn much about vehicles, I have felt demeaned by mechanics on several occasions and just learned to expect this as the norm. At German Auto Repair, I always feel like a respected and valued customer.
It is clear that Jan, the owner, is very knowledgible and he has mainta... view moreined my vehicle in excellent working order. He understands that money is sometimes a little tight and has helped prioritize work - with the safety items always the first focus. When recently I was in an accident, it was like having a trusted brother on my side. I knew the car had been well maintained, was worth salvaging and with just a glance Jan noted that there didn`t appear to be any significant damage to the engine and recommended a reputable body shop.
I don`t know how their rates compare with others - I just feel like Jan and Stenna are very fair and honest. Once a window replacement PART failed and they repaired it a second time at no cost. Also, when the 100,000 mile inspection light came on, they reviewed the standard list, checked the maintenance history, and checked the status of the vehicle systems and found no work was currently needed. What a pleasant surprise.
Stenna, Jan`s wife is always very friendly and helpful - and has given me rides home when they have needed to keep the car on days when I wasn`t working. She makes me smile.
How often do people enjoy visiting their mechanics? These folks feel like family - and that makes car repairs, for me, much more tolerable!

great shop

I have a 1996 Ford Aerostar, the engine is sticking noise. I brought this van to Canyon Auto Repair and they check them out. Unfortunately, the engine is bad, due to oil gum up from top to bottom. Personal service is outstanding!

This past Friday, someone put a small dent in my ""new and not one dent"" Infiniti FX35 passenger door while I was parked at a restaurant. My car is black and the dent just popped out first thing when you looked at that side. I called Lee and he met me at his shop on Saturday. Being a woman and not knowing much about body repair, I figured Lee could just pop out the dent. The Best Mechanical and body in Tigard area

I have 2009 Nissan 370Z Just have accient, I went and see Lee at Canyon Auto Repair and Collision. Wow the waiting room is very impress me, I knew this place before, used to be a dirty and nasty own by Battery and auto Start. The best place to take care of your vehicles

We inherited an old truck that had sentimental value so we wanted to get it fixed up. We took it to Canyon Auto Repair, and they were able to do an excellent job to get it back into shape. I now feel safe knowing that my teenage son can drive the truck without any problems. Lee (the owner) and his team are very easy to deal with, and they have reasonable prices for quick, excellent work. So far, they have always come in equal to their estimate, or even less than their estimate. Last week, someone rear-ended one of my vehicles so now I will find out how they are on body repairs.
