Went in today and had an alarm installed in my acura. Service was great. the people were friendly. they didn`t try to sell me anything I didn`t want. well definitely be a repeat customer. Christian does great work.

I chose this place to swap out a factory cd player for another as I did not want to get an after market cd deck since it would look weird in my car to me. They were very friendly and the price was very fair considering Rick had to rip apart my car it seemed like haha. He also saved me the trouble of having to contact Acura for the radio code by swapping out the cd player itself from my replacement and fitting it into... view more my old set up, I was VERY impressed by this solution. Great experience

I was looking to replace my head unit, because the tuner was going out and the cd player was broken, and there was no aux in jack. No more, no less. After looking at all my options, I chose The Sound Choice, and am glad I did. The process was quick, painless, informative. There was no pressure to buy things I did not want or intend to buy. The range of recommendations were honest and straightforward. The instal... view morelation was quick, and they stand behind their work, which is reassuring in case something does go wrong.

I ended up with a less-expensive Kenwood receiver unit that doesn`t have any frills/bells and whistles that I don`t want or need (mp3 data, bluetooth, satellite/hd radio, etc etc). It`s a good sounding unit that works well with my car`s stock 6 speaker sound system, and didn`t cost me an arm and a leg.

Overall, I am happy with my new head unit, and am glad I purchased and installed it through The Sound Choice!

Color me impressed!

This is the first time I am posting a review and it is because of the great experience I just had at Sound Choice! I stopped in because something in my system was causing a clip at higher volumes. I had called some other shops and stopped by Car Toys before going to Sound Choice, and was offered a variety of explanations ranging from the ground to the head unit to one of my amps. WITHOUT charging me one of the guy... view mores came out and spent 15 minutes diagnosing some possible causes and explaining what was happening along the way(turned out to be one of my speakers, a possibility not offered by anyone else). He even offered some advice how to fix it myself! I am relatively new to car audio so I made an appointment to have them do the work. They installed a new set of Alpine x9`s, rewired and cleaned up all my trunk wiring(it looks amazing compared to the mess that was back there), and tuned my system, the cost was exactly what they estimated and they got it done in just over 2 hours! I will certainly be going back agin and again and again.....

Great Service, Honest Answers

Just 20 minutes ago I was being helped at The Sound Choice and because of their excellent service and honesty I felt compelled to write this review as soon as possible. Although I only had a cd jammed in my car cd player I was helped within 5minutes of walking in the door. The issue at hand didn`t require unscrewing anything so they insisted on not charging me even though another audio shop had quoted me $35. They we... view morere quick, efficient, and very friendly. In the end I left with my favorite cd and a smile on my face.

Wonderful Shop!

The Sound Choice is a wonderful choice for audio/video and interiors. They are friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them for any interior needs, including upholstery and custom work. I will definitely be using them for all my needs in the future.
