a very nice experience

My car was done before the specified time. I even received a phone call stating that my car was done and ready for pick-up. The service writer was up-front about what needed to be done at my 30,000 mile service and how much it would cost. I was offered a shuttle service to take me to and from my home-- that was a very nice experience.
