My husband and I were really impressed with how professional, and courteous our salesperson was. It`s like he really cared about our concerns, and really wanted us to go home happy. And we absolutely did. He answered all my husbands questions thoroughly and great detail, that I even understood everything! Be very careful because what they say and how they act is very different depending on if they have received the money for your vehicle or if the sale is pending. They make many verbal promises but are not willing to back those promises up. Ford will never get my business again BUY TOYOTA!!!
