We are conveniently located off of Lancaster and work with many local towing companies so that you know your car is in good hands from start to finish. The shop is owned by Scott and Jennifer Thomas. They have lived in the Salem area and know what it takes to make their customers happy. Most of their business is from repeat and referrals. Both Scott and Jennifer are mechanics and Scott is an ASE Certified Master Technician who takes pride in giving his customers the correct quote and correct solution the first time. It is very important to them that you know exactly what is wrong and the exact cost to fix it. If it doesn`t need to be fixed they won`t try to convince you it does.

This is a scam of a business, one of the owners (Kent Miles Bickmore) hired us to fix some perimeter lighting at the home of Bickmore Auto Sales in Gresham, Oregon and wanted us to fix multiple light poles, so we did, then billed them and 28 days later after no phone call, we got ahold of him and he said he is going to leave a check at the store. When we went to pick it up, there was no check so we talked to Kent on ... view morethe phone and after all his cursing we got from him he said I`m not paying I will see you in court. So just to give all the people that are thinking of buying a car or truck through them I would just ask your self one question do you want to deal with a company that scams their contractors that better their business for them. They did it to us, they will do it to you.

Horrible company. They sold a vehicle to my daughter and son-in-law that is now in the shop. It took numerous failed attempts in contacting the company for someone to call back. What does it say about a company that would sell a vehicle to a family with a special needs child and another child on the way. It hadn`t been a week before problems started and now is in the shop with $$$$$ of repairs needed. Hmmmm.... view more...we are going to make a sale no matter the cost. If the problems with the vehicle cause a major accident, they have the attitude, not our problem. We just sold it to them. At what point are they responsible for being reputable and honest. Had they had a great experience, I would recommend this company. However, since they have washed their hands of the kids, I will make sure that I post this on every social network and make sure that this is not a good company to do business with.

I LOVE THESE GUYS

This is the 3rd car I bought from Bickmore Auto Sales. Brian helped me this last time and he was extreemly professional. My credit is not the greatest but these guys have helped me get into another reliable vehicle. I am also very happy with the interest rate that I now have. Thanks a lot guys...
