Every Business should take notes from Lindsey`s Customer Service!

I accidentally found Lindsey`s on Citysearch. I didnt know they were my insurance company`s preferred glass company. I noticed they had positive reviews unlike most of the other companies. From the moment I called, I was treated like royalty (seriously). I`m very leary because of choosing businesses that provide bad service so I was very skeptical. They kept proving me wrong. They handled everything from start ... view moreto finish as if I were paying them thousands of dollars instead of just getting my windshield replaced. I recommend them to everyone. I wish all businesses I had to spend my hard earned money with treated me (the customer) the way Lindseys did. I think my reps name was Kyle. He was outstanding. As a single woman who does get taken advantage of by businesses, I was really lucky to find them. I could`ve easily been scammed by some other business...which apparently are out there replacing windshields. I know this company will stand behind their work and I`m impressed by the quality of the material, the extra mile they went by getting special tinting and the excellent contact and follow up. No, I`m not a relative and have never done business and am not a prior customer or employee. You will be happy using this business!

Exceptional Customer Service. Call these guys!

Called Lindsey`s to see if I could get an appointment to replace my windshield for the comming week. They made the work happen the next day! Arrived on time. Made very short work of the task and keep me informed during the entire process. This was a painless replacement and the work was completed without any problems at all. Lindsey came in $100 lower than Empire/Safelite

My windshield had a growing crack so I called around to the big glass shops. I was quoted $230 - $289 for a new Volvo 960 windshield. After Safelite botched an appointment, I called around and was lucky enough to reach Lindsey. He quoted me $155 or $170 for a tinted band at top. The next morning, he showed up at 8:30 a.m. and was done by 9:15. Price? $170. Perfect all around. Lindsey is a very nice man too.
