I question your business practices

So i am at a family reunion and come across my nephew, We get to talking and he asks where i live, I tell him sw portland area (street i will not mention) he tells me ""oh that is by my old work"". He goes on to elaborate on business practices an certain management of that location, He then goes on to tell me that he quit following an incident were this person of authority physically assaulted him and that he was con... view morestantly verbally harassed and intimidated. He also noted that it was well known of his Judaism. Although he said it was tied to the fact that he did not have the highest T.A.(ticket average) i wonder if religious or ethnicity was a motivating factor. I could go on and on about this matter but feel that i have said enough to describe my feeling about this company and its business practices. I hope this is an isolated incident for my friends have nothing but good this to say about other locations. I will take my business else ware and advise others to do the same.

Great experience!

I am one to normally go to the dealership for oil changes, and typically try and avoid Jiffy Lube as I feel like they are trying to sell me something at all times. I decided to try out this location, after asking coworkers and friends as I am new to Portland. I cannot tell you how extremely nice the staff was. I was greeted upon pulling up, guided into a bay, and everything was explained to me. They offer you a newsp... view moreaper to read too, while waiting. And don`t forget the monitors to watch the work! It was great! They told me what I`ll need done soon, but no pressure. At one point I had 3 people working on my truck, one cleaning windows, one doing the oil change, and the other adjusting tire pressure. This was an all around great experience and I WILL be back. A little higher priced than other places, like dealerships or the typical oil change place, but well worth every penny. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, never left my vehicle, felt valued and I know they now have a lifelong customer.
