Reviews:
Horrible service, Wade Brooksby is the worst business owner to deal with. Does not care about customers unless you work at a dealership. Will not call you back EVER! Will screw you over to get a $1. Does not care about customers, employees or the city of tualatin that he is on the city council. WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

Down with the Na-Sayers
I`ve done business with Truck & SUV Specialtes a few times in the past. July 2012, they did a much needed repair on my 2011 F-150 spray in bed liner that a competitor was responsible for screwing up at no charge. I`m getting ready to spend another $3,500 or so on my truck. This will include a tool box Canopy, Bed slide and flaps to name a few of the things there going to do for me.

To all that would think of doing
To all that would think of doing business here, think again please for you your sake. Wade Brooksby is for the most part a nice guy, definetly a salesman, but does not practice good business and suck`s at customer satisfaction. I`ve spent a year trying to get Wade to honor his word. Excuse after excuse I got from Wade at first as why he would have to call me back. But no phone call ever came. Phone call after phone I... view more made to Wade`s Business trying to resolve the issue over the returned Bed Rug. This was to have been a simple return, because who needs a Bed Rug without a topper ? The topper that I had purchased from Wade had to be returned due to manufacturer defects. I got a full refund on the topper, but It took me over 6mths to get it. I was to have gotten a full refund on the Bed Rug to, but It`s been a year now and still I do not have my refund for the Bed Rug. As of today Friday 12-09-2011 Wade Brooksby refused to take my call, he also has refused to refund my $$. Bed Rug Company told me all Wade had to do was retrurn the Bed Rug with an explanation as to why it was being returned or he could resell the item, but I should have gotten a refund. Wade wanted me to cut the brand new Bed Rug down to fit the new topper that I was thinking of ordering to avoid the returning of the Bed Rug. Why not just return this one and replace it with one that fits? Bed Rug Company stated that they would never tell a customer to cut a product down, it would void the warranty. As I said it`s been a full year now dealing or rather trying to deal with Wade and getting nowhere. I can`t afford to throw away $425.00, so I guess I have no choice but to pick up the Bed Rug I have no use for and see if Bed Rug will Honor the return or try to sell it myself. So before you do business with Wade know that if you have problems and need customer service help with the product or services that Wade has sold you or provided to you, be ready for along long long wait and headache. Just for the record the BBB gives this place an ""F"". Being a city counselman and a businessman, Wade should have better BBB rating, don`t you think ? Guess not. Yours truly Bed Rug return.

Great Service Great Selection
Just wanted to drop a note and let anyone know that Truck Specialties in Tualatin has a great thing going. I called a week ago Monday and 24hrs later I was in thier shop having everything done to my new Ram 2500 Truck. I had a Line-X sprayed in to the Bed of my truck, and a Bull bar with Piaa lights in stalled in the front. In the rear I had Piaa backup lights installed and everything was done in approx 3 hrs. Th... view moreey estimated about 4hrs. They were very helpful on the Monday that I called and walked through everything with me. We set the installation appointment for the following day and everything went as planned. Everything turned out just as I had invisioned it. Thanks again.. I would recommend Truck Specialties to anyone.
Frank - A happy customer that will return

BEWARE: NO MORALS, NO INTEGRITY, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
Too bad one star is the lowest I can give this place. That is much better than what they truly deserve. I tried to let them make it right. If by reading this, ANYONE chooses not to do business here it will make it all worth while. Please, listen to the majority of other users here. I have a laundry list of things that went bad from day one with my Line-X bedliner, my father`s bedliner, and finally leading to the le... view moreveling kit on my Tundra. My bedliner has been in for workmanship repairs twice since it was sprayed in. My father got lucky, only had to take it back once. However, never could get the correct tie downs for the bed...which finally ended months later with a refund. The BIG issue here is the leveling kit on my Tundra..... Paid for leveling kit, labor of course, and for alignment. Shortly after, I purchased larger (33`) BFG All-Terrain KO`s to fill in some of the fender space. This was in November, I now have 4200 on my new tires (it`s April). I don`t pay close attention to tires, etc. Just got new ones, so no worries....Until I went to get my tires rotated. It was brought to my attention that the front two tires were worn badly due to the alignment. Well, I went back to Wade (owner) and he was helpful in trying to get to the bottom of it. As it turns out, the shop that he paid with my dollars had never worked on it. So, today, my truck went in again for yet another Line-X repair, the alignment that was owed, and to have my tires looked at. Long story short, no new tires. . a tire shop local to him indicated that the tire life will have minimal impact due to the bad tire wear. If Google uploads my pics, you will be able to see for yourself that you don`t have to be a tire expert to know something went horribly wrong. I would be happy with one tire being replaced as it is worn significantly worse that the other tire. His solution....WHEN it is time for new tires, he will compensate me for the mileage I lost. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME HAPPY. If I wanted used tires, I would have purchased used tires in the first place. I paid for a professional installation, professional alignment, and bought brand new tires because I wanted it done right, and to look the way I wanted it to. To the Owner, WADE: Call people back WHEN you say that you will. Do what is necessary to fix a problem that YOU are responsible for. I gave YOU my money, so if it is wrong, make it right and sort out the details later; even if you had work done elsewhere. If you are too busy to handle the work you have, hire more staff. I am happy that you took the time to research this situation to find out what the problem was. But you should have come to a much better solution. UPDATE:Ended up working with America`s Tires across the street from Wade`s Line-X shop and purchased 2 new tires. Gave Wade the opportunity to make it right, but he never got back to me (big suprise). In the end, it ended up costing me $75 to replace the tires. America`s Tires simply pro-rated my tires for mileage and took very good care of me. Wade on the other hand has caused more problems. After th 3rd visit for my bedliner, the tailgate on my truck would not operate properly due to the large quantity of line-x that was oversprayed. Fearful to take it back a 4th time, I took the tailgate apart and chipped away at all the excess spray. It`s all working perfectly now.

Beware this place sucks
Dont ever take anything here.I took my new 50,000$ f-250 in and spent about 12,000$ on it and they screwed everything up.I took it in and told them i wanted all my old parts back .When i got my truck back a week late the parts were gone, the price was more then what they said when i dropped it off and there was a little dent in the front bumper. The truck was poping and making noise before i left the store.I had to tak... view moree the truck back 5 times and they didnt have a clue to what was wrong. My rear fabtech traction control mount broke,so i took it to a real shop and they laughed and said they were installed completely wrong. They drilled holes in the frame in the wrong spot ,not a little mistake.I had to pay another shop to fix there crap work.Wade is the owner and he will lie a try to rip you off.I was leaving the last time and a guy pulled up in a really nice dodge and was telling me to not let them touch my truck because they screwed up his truck and would not fix it right. This shop is a joke ,i am taking them to court .

You can do better
Nice guys, just not particularly competent. Their first application bubbled and they wanted to keep the truck and do it over. Got to hand it to them there for wanting to get it right. They even knocked $50 off the price for the trouble. But even after round 2 there are some bubbles. And they lost my tie-downs and I called them twice about it and went in in person once. He was always ""still looking for them and... view more will call me."" I had to buy new ones from the dealer which took 3 trips of my time and $35. They could have spent that $35 to do the same and saved me from writing this but they chose not to. I`d go elsewhere.
