Bought a new Prius through Jason, the online sales expert. The price was great, the include 20 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty a real benefit, but it was the lengths they went to get us the car we want, sending a guy up to Seatle to swap for the color we wanted. Jason and Royal Moore Toyota are winning combination that I without hesitation recommend to anyone seeking a new Toyota.

This dealership is awesome. I went in to see a Toyota Tundra because my wife thought it would compare to the F150 I was planning to buy (I have always been a ford guy). When I got there, I was so impressed with the tundra, I bought it that night (although I didn`t drive it home because they had to order the one in the color I wanted). I do have to say I was a little nervous about how young the salesman was, but he tu... view morerned out to be very knowledgeable, and when we got inside it felt as though everyone in the dealership came together to make sure I got the best deal possible. The staff was all really friendly, and I got a great family vibe. Also, when the truck came in the salesman came by to pick me up so I could drive the new truck home ( I dont live far from the dealer, but it was a nice gesture). This is by far the best buying experience I have ever had, and would recommend them to anyone, (even stubborn old ford guys like me).

What an amazing team they have. I have purchased a number of new cars from Dodge to Volvo and everything in between. As a business owner myself, I would hold the Royal Moore experience as an example of the Gold standard. The entire process from walking in the door to pulling in my driveway was a pleasure.

Spent a couple of hours at the dealership getting ht ebest price after a tes drive. Overall, very happy with the car and the price paid. Best part was not having to deal with pushy sales staff. Not what I expected at all. Previous experiences with sales staff were nothing like this...which is awesome. I will be back to Royal Moore for my next car.

I brought my 1987 Toyota Camry in for an oil change. I was very pleased with my entire experience there. All personnel were very polite and attentive. The complimentary car wash was an unexpected pleasure. The waiting area was clean and tidy and very pleasant. Thanks again for everything.
