Honest people, Excellent work

We have taken 5 different cars to them. They work hard with warranty companies to get warranty work approved. They are honest and fair in the work they do. They have noted that some problems were just a minor fix and did not charge for them. They have also saved us money when they told us that some things we requested did not need to be done. The required work is done at a fair price. This is THE place to take your car!

They are professional, honest and affordable! All the years I`ve been bouncing around for a good place to take my car, and, well...the search is over!

They went to bat for us up against a local dealership and fought tooth and nail for the dealership to do the right thing. They refused to replace a part that Heaton had caught as being recalled.

After numerous trips on his own time (any other place would... view more have made us do all the running around with the dealership!) he was finally able to get the part replaced and the fee knocked off that they were planning to charge us just for looking at the car, even though it was a recalled part.

Bottom line...I`m never taking my care anywhere else!

Honest and Dependable

I have taken many different vehicles to Heaton. 1976 AMC Pacer, 2000 VW Beetle, 2002 Jeep Liberty, 1991 Acura, 1993 Chevy Suburban. I have always received timely and effecient repairs and never once brought a vehicle back concerning the same problem. In my book that is an AWESOME garage. Not cheap, not ultra expensive, excellent facilities, always clean and bright, great customer service. Thanks Guys!
