I went to Alpine Glass to replace the glass in a fireplace door. About a year later, the glass blew out of the door. Come to find out, they put in NONFIREPLACE rated glass in the door! Could have burned down my house! Thinking they would gladly fix the mistake they made, I went back to them. I was wrong. Instead I was told that they would have never installed the wrong glass, and without my receipt, I would have to r... view moreeplace the glass myself. HUH?!?! This WAS the only glass shop I used.
