The were prompt and no problem...

The were prompt and no problem with the towing. However when I called for them I was asked it I was paying with cash or card. I said card and that was the end of the call. They came and picked up my car, when I gave them my card the driver told me there was an $8.50 "processing fee" I`m sorry but that`s a bit high for a "processing fee" and why wasn`t I told that at the time I was setting it up wi... view moreth them on the phone.
