Not Les Schwab

The person who wrote the previous review shouldn`t even be driving cause they`re obviously legally blind. You can tell from the second you pull up you`re not at anything close reassembling a Les Schwab. The place is great for a used tire if you don`t want to pay LS an arm and a leg for a tire. I would never go there and buy 4 new tires and expect my car to roll right afterwards. If you need used go here.

don`t even think about it!

I usually go to Les Schwab but decided to give these guys a chance because it is located near my house. HUGE MISTAKE! I bought a set of new tires and they were quickly installed... maybe too quickly because a couple of days later I had a flat tire. The guy who fixed it mumbled that the valve was broken and should have been replaced when I got the new tires so he wouldn`t charge me for it. Well I should hope not! H... view moree didn`t apologize for my inconvenience or exhibit any customer service skills. Fast forward a week later I drove on the freeway for the first time since having the tires put on and my car shook like a jackhammer all the way to Salem. I even had to pull over from getting car sick! When I went back they didn`t seem apologetic at all, and didn`t seem to care one bit about the ordeal I had to go through. When I asked if they even balanced my tires at any point they said they only did the back ones, which is standard for them but since my car was shaking at high speeds they would balance the front tires for me. What tire place doesn`t balance all four tires?! So, after they were supposedly balanced I went on a test drive and the car still shook hard. I ended up going to Les Schwab and paying them $50 to balance the tires correctly, something that Double J is apparently incapable of! I don`t normally write reviews but I wish someone else had posted one before I wasted my time and money!
