Poor Customer Service

What I mean poor in my opinion is when the personel behind the counter does not acknowledge you until you say something. It took a good minute to even say anything. The personel that ""helped"" me was un-friendly, the attitude of ""why are you shopping here?""
I then told what I was looking for and it was in stock, it took a over ten minutes just to receive the item, simple items. I was about to leave, but why w... view moreaste my gas coming down, I am alreading here. I would not recommend, better to shop elsewhere with better customer service.

What happened to customer service? Even over the phone?

Just called to see if they were competitive on pricing for window tinting. Got a quote from another shop and asked them if they could meet the price as I have had them do another car of mine in the past. When I mentioned the price I got from another shop, I was told no and that I wouldnt want a tint job that was that cheap. I said that the other shop warranties and guarantees their work and I was hung up on!!! Wont b... view moree calling them for anymore work!!! Best shop in town

This shop took the time to help me with my unusal application. They knew what I needed and explained it all to me so I understood. I had been to other shops that told me they could not do anything for my car. These guys knew it could be done with a little bit of work. Great Shop

I had a great experince at Automotive Outfitters. I found them in the yellow pages. There ad said they had 10,000 custom wheels in stock. I had already been all over town looking for wheels for my Tahoe. All the shops I had been to had a very limited inventory. When I went to Automotive Outfitters they impressed me with there vast knolege of Wheels. They had an abundance of wheels to choose from. I got just what I w... view moreanted at a great price.
