I cannot recommend Steve`s Import`s

I cannot recommend Steve`s Import`s enough! They treated me with respect and never once treated me like a moron for being female, which has happened to me many times in other shops. The price was right and I will never take my cars anywhere else!!! I would also like to mention that they drove me home after I dropped off my car and when it was ready they came and picked me up. How nice is that?!

Surprisingly Classy

I was pleasantly surprised to find Steve`s to be such a classy shop in the heart of the up and coming Lents neighborhood. Apparently they have been in the same location for over 30 years?! Amazing. Way to stick with the community through the bad times and the good times. Not to mention the great service I got and quality repairs on my car. Thanks for the great work & the community vibe!

Family Owned and Pet Friendly!

I brought my Old VW in for some summer time fix ups and was not only impressed with the knowledgable staff, but they where all so friendly to my pooch! The gals at Steve`s Rock! Thanks! The only thing I can recommend is, keep that little refrigerator stocked with beverages, especially in the summer :)

DON""T GO THERE!!!

I trusted they would be a good shop because a friend told me about them but I was WRONG. They didn`t fix my car and it still leaks oil. They told me it didn`t leak anymore and it still does... everyday. I would NEVER take my car back there even if it is under there susposed warrenity. Finally and Honest Shop!

I`ve brought my vehicles (and I say that plural because I`ve brought in all my cars) to Steve`s Imports. And I`m finally writing a review, long over due I know. But the last time I was in there was such a great experience. The office staff is so happy, almost as if they actually enjoy their jobs. Now there`s a concept. Got my Honda started in minutes.

Brought Honda in. No start. Thom got her started for me and didn`t even bother to charge me cause he said it was a simple fix. Super nice people over there

Shabby shabby shabby

I had been using steves for about 4 years, was happy with them, tad expensive. I had a big accident and used then to repair my car. What I got back was appalling , scratched windows, they melted my top,which they paid for, dirty hand prints in the car, paint over spray on the windows, rebuilt the whole front of the car, then after they got 22,000. From the insurance, they told me I should get a tune up. I thougt th... view moreat was unreal. Several months later, had moved to Seattle my engine started to fall out of the car!!!! New good mechanics found cracked engine mounts , cracked shock, cracked axial, all from the accident. Did they have their eyes closed for the 3 or so months the had the car? Looks so, they also put in such inferior parts several of those need to be replaced. Another $3600.00 in repair work. Never returning or recommending these people again....

Integrity First

Being in business a while I have learned that a business` true colors are shown not necessary by avoiding all problems/mistakes, but by how well issues are delt with when they arise. This is how I know that Steve`s is a company with integrity. They are good company, made up of human (also known as imperfect beings).
