Eastside auto sales

This place does horrible business. They are not trust worthy and will sell you a car that is not efficient and lie about there being problems. The owner is the dumbest person to deal with and talks very poorly about his sales associates. He even talks bad about his secretary, which isn`t a very smart person herself. But, she still stands by him, I`m sure it`s because she can`t work other places as she is not a smart ... view moreperson. I intend on going very public with this place because of the fact that they lied. The second we brought the car home, the check engine light came on. They steal plates and tags off of other cars and act like they have never seen any of the paperwork to the car. The owner blames everyone else for the issues yet, he is probably the one putting fake tags on the cars. He even tried blaming the DMV for his lies. This owner is the dumbest person to deal with. His sales guys are too nice for him, and they were actually trying to be honest until he stopped them. Very bad business owner. Time to go to court!

Owner Scams Customers

My son bought a 1995 ford Countour price 1,900.00, He gave them a thousand down and was going to pay the rest within a week or two, On a trip comming back the car was breaking down with an infant child in the car. The OWNER told my son he would take it to his mechanic, a week later it still was not at the mechanics and another week later he tells my son it;s the transmission and he now owes him another 600.00 besides... view more the 900.00 for the remaining balance. And he can`t have the car till he pays the remaining 900.00. Please somone tell me how screwed up this is. For one there was no disclosure of a transmissions problem with this car when purchased regardless of it being as is. There are Lemon Laws in this state and this OWNER put off my son for a period of several weeks to try and scam him from using the Lemon Law. He needs to get his money back or talk to a attorney, and the local media will be called about this business as well as the better business bureau. Anyone scammed by this company call the Media.and Better Business...

Made my car buying experiance delightful

I was looking for a safe, reliable, gas economic car. After several car dealerships on 82nd ave and McLaughlin I found myself returning to East Side Auto Sales... I was never pressured into buying, nor forced to look at cars that I was not interested in. They were helpful, honest, and friendly. I ended up purchasing a 2000 Jetta.
