Disappointed by the service department
Disappointed by the service department for the last time today, we will never do any business with you in the future. Time and time again we have been misled, taken advantage of and had to wait for extended lengths of time for service. Feel like the only business being catered to is sales. Not today we are DONE, assistant service manager told me one thing and then when we arrived would not honor our coupon/agreed ... view moreprice for major service.

BAD BUSINESS, BEWARE!!!
Set up deal over phone. Made it very clear I didnt want to drive 4 HOURS to get there unless we had a solid deal made. Sure enough when I get there all of a sudden ""oh we cant do this"". Worst part was I was paying cash so they couldnt even blame their lies on my credit score. They tried to stiff me for $3000 more after I spent have the day driving in. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Dont beleive anything they tell you on th... view moree phone. They are just playing the old game of trying to get you in the door so they can hard up sell you so they can squeeze every penny out of you. If they would have told me the real price up front I probably would have still bought the truck, but I dont deal with liars.

Their are good dealers out there who dont do this. Do your research ahead of time and find one. My advise is dont shop here.

thanks for no service
the worst place i ever delt with, they play games and keep you in there for 4-5 hours just to buy a car , and this was a cash deal. and after you buy the car, dont try to get anything fixed on it , because its not under warrenty, ive spent lotsof money with them. but thats all they want, lousey service and rude bunch of sales people, if you need to buy a nissan, shop around . youll be glad you did

Here`s the deal. I went in and...
Here`s the deal. I went in and test drove a car I liked the car so I put in an offer. The offer was rejected as it was a lowball offer. After sleeping on it, I called up Beaverton Nissan and put in another offer. The person I dealt with said he would talk to his manager and call me back. He called me back and said they accepted my offer. I drove in and when they sat me down they started to change the offer and back o... view moreut. They kept trying to get me to change the deal. I was very frustrated at this point. Why would you accept my offer on the phone and then reject it when I get down in person. That is a very shady practice. I was so angry that I left the dealership and went and bought another car that I had driven the night before, that I didn`t like as much. Thinking back on the situation, if they would have rejected my offer on the phone, I probably would have thought about it and realized that I still wanted the car and revised my offer. Instead because they used shady aggressive tactics, I didn`t get a car that I really wanted and they didn`t sell the car. I have been telling everyone I know about this experience and how harrowing it was. A really unfortunate experience over all.
