Reviews:
Rude. Pressure Tactics. Impersonal.
Our salesman, Don, was rude. He used pressure tactics. He was very impersonal. We don`t have to be friends, I know this is a business. I don`t expect special treatment. I do expect respect. Kindness. At least a ""hello, nice to meet you"" would be nice before you apply your pressure tactics.
Avoid Buckeye if you can.

Great Sales, shady service
I purchased a car there 5 months ago and it has died twice already. The first time (2 months post-purchase) they replaced the battery at a cost of $160. The second time it died I called them and spoke with Karl Davis, the Finance Manager (highest employee there since it was a Sunday) and he said to call Roadside Assistance for a tow and he`d have a rental waiting for me. However when I showed up with the tow truck an... view mored spoke with Karl he didn`t mention the rental. When I asked about it he said it wasn`t possible. He could not provide me any information on an authorized rental agency (needed approval PRIOR to rental in order for my SecurityPlus Vehicle Protection Plan to cover it). When I went to pick the car up they said they couldn`t figure out what was wrong with it and handed me a bill for $110. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Dave Morris. Dave rattled off a list of 4-5 possible causes and said it would most likely not start again. I asked about the bill and he said since they couldn`t figure out what was wrong the SecurityPlus wouldn`t cover it. I asked him out of the 4-5 possible causes how many were covered under the service agreement. His response: all of them. After much debate he cut the bill in half. I took my car to Nissan/North in Worthington and talked to the service guy there. I told him what the car was doing and he informed me there was a known problem with a particular part on my car. He looked at it, confirmed the diagnosis, and repaired it. All covered under the service agreement. I told him about my experiences at Buckeye Nissan and he was shocked they told me they couldn`t figure it out and furthermore that they would charge me for the issues. I am never using the service at Buckeye Nissan again and will never recommend them to anyone I care about.
