I cannot believe my oil change only cost me 18.99! The place I usually go to was closed on Sundays and usually costs me about 35 bucks. They were very professional. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I was very surprised by how neat the waiting area was. I almost never use public restrooms but I was more than okay with their facilities. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I had recently found some news on another site for a brake special( I needed some bad!) Little did I know this was only 1 of the problems my Baby had : ( AB Shelby`s took great care of me and my baby despite the last shop scrambling her insides, They brought my car back to life. When he tried to explain to me what was going on with my 01 Crown Vic I was totally lost. Steve quickly put me at ease by pulling up a diagram with the parts and how it works on his cp. My Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired quickly at a reasonable cost. The hours of operation are great, I`m not off work until 5 pm and they`re still open and on the weekends. WHO DOES THAT??!!! Next time you have an issue with your vehicle, I would recommend you stop by AB Shelby`s. Good guys, good prices, great hours.

My personal BAD experience at AB Shelby`s Auto Repair

I was recommended to go to AB Shelby`s to get my A/C recharge. I go and get my A/C recharged so I think. The next day my A/C stops working and my car was making hard turns. I checked my power steering fluid and it was fine. So I went to have my own mechanic take a look at it and he said that the belt broke (which was brand new only 5 months old). After looking under my hood checking things out my mechanic told me to ... view moretake it back and have them fix it because they made a mistake. First of all, the auto repair shop did not use any oil or dye in the recharging process all they put in it was freon. That`s why the belt broke. They blamed it on a kitten getting under my hood which there are no remains of a cat no blood, guts, or furr. Without my authorization the mechanics put a new belt on and charged me $167! And I was told the reason why my air didn`t work is because my hose was cut by the kitten...are u serious! The cut was made from a knife or something. I confronted AB Shelby`s and I was told i`m not getting my money back. So I`m writing this review so that people can be aware of the scamming that goes on at Auto Repair shops such as this one.
