Haste makes waste - rude

I took my 2004 Porsche Cayenne to have the timing chain replaced at Autolika. Nenad, the owner, worked on it & called to let me know he also thought the flex pipe on the exhaust was going bad. I agreed to let him change that as well. When I picked up my car, the check engine light came on & I had it tested & it was for the oxygen censor. I called Nenad & he said to bring it back in & he would change it because he dro... view morepped the exhaust & smashed the censor. He did, but the light came back on because when he put the broken part back in the car the 1st time it ruined the computer & pcm2. He replaced the computer, but not the radio. Also, the flex pipe was not welded on correctly & whistles now when excellerating. Nenad said he would fix this, but after 2 times said he couldn`t figure out why it`s doing it & said he would refund my money for it which he never did. I spoke with 2 other qualified mechanics & they said the flex pipe whistled because of negligence in making a proper weld on the flex pipe(a hole in the weld) & that the pcm2 is sensitive & could have absolutely been internally broken when the computer was shorted when the broken censor was put back in. On top of all this, the car was left in awful shape with dirt & grease all over & the under cover engine shield was in the trunk. When I asked him about this he made up a lie that I did not have one & he bought one & put it in there & forgot to put it on. After all this, he said call his lawyer, that I can`t prove anything & was very rude.

Knowledgeable and honest and do quality work. They mostly focus on German automobiles, but I`d trust them with anything with four wheels. It`s so difficult to find a good mechanic that you can trust. Go in and ask for Nenad - the nicest guy you will ever meet. I find their service competent and quick and their prices very fair. I recommend them to anyone.

excellent mechanic. attention to detail and specs

Have trusted him with my cars for the past 5 years. He is an expert can diagnose problems just with your description. He is very detail oriented and I will trust him with any German car out there.
