In today?ˆ™s world of many insincere and dishonest auto service centers and dealerships, Evans Automotive shines through like a diamond in the rough. Never before have I felt so appreciated as a customer when having my vehicle serviced or repaired. Their honesty and integrity have on me over. Whenever there is a repair done on my vehicle, I never have to guess, or wonder if the repair was done correctly.
All to ofte... view moren at many service center, the driving force is profit, or the ?ˆ?bottom-line?ˆ? with little or no consideration for the solution that might be best for the consumer, I have never felt this way about Evans Automotive. There is a trust in quality workmanship that I receive from Evans that cannot be matched even by the original dealership by Evans mechanics and employees to remember each of your hundreds of customers by namem and their ability to treat each person as an individual, as though they are their only customer it is no wonder that so many Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari owners trust them to do the tool work on their very expensive automobiles.
They should feel proud of these many positive attributes, for they are well deserved and can only come form many years of setting the standards by which all others should be measured in the automotive repair industry.

It is certainly difficult today to find good mechanics, as well as ones that you can trust. My problem started with a different repair shop that supposedly fixed a faulty clutch but in the process didn?ˆ™t reconnect the speedometer and the odometer on my 92 Legacy. The other shop told me that it was broken before they worked on my car, which my husband and I knew that was not true. And even if it was broken before, why... view more couldn?ˆ™t they fix it. They did recommend this shop (Evans Automotive) on Morse and I give them credit for that.
The person I worked with at Evans was very nice and had one of his mechanics explain what was wrong with the speedometer and then proceeded to give me a cooking class on how you can?ˆ™t cook without oil or you?ˆ™ll burn out the motor. Little do they now that I am a terrible cook? In this day and age when people are so depressed and so fearful of getting ripped off, it was so delightful to work with this company (Evans Automotive). I felt like they really enjoyed their work and the people they work with.

Evan`s Automotive - Stay FAR FAR away!
Brought my Jag in for a clutch... It was expensive and the result was not great. When Evans were done Tach didn`t work, temp gauge didn`t work, car started missing badly on way home, clutch was not adjusted right, air cleaner seal was not put on correctly, bonnet not aligned so it rubed on cowl... Just waiting to see what else I find. When I asked about it all I got was excuses: Tach: ""Wire was brittle"". 50 cent wo... view morerth of wire and 15 minutes it worked. Temp Guage: ""Sender bad"". A few seconds with a wire brush on terminal temp guage works. Bonnet not aligned: ""That takes a long time to align properly"" Well when you take something off don`t you factor in the time to put it back on correctly?! Or just throw it back together any old way? The miss was a coil wire not plugged in all the way. The clutch adjustment was not done for want of a $30 part which now I get to put on without a lift. Just waiting to find the next thing they screwed up. After a second complaint they said ""They`d take it up with the technician and owner"" Nothing back a week later. Stay FAR FAR away!
