Awesome service
I was referred to them after having trouble getting my first car loan. I spent 2 hours at another place only to find out that i needed a co-signer. Mike had me approved in 10 minutes and the best part is he approved it with a 3 year warranty. I love my new car!

Puts bigger dealerships to shame!
The team at magic city motorcars is the best! I have spent time in big "fancy" dealerships and there is no comparison. No waiting for the salesperson to go talk to his manager. Just a nice laid back family. They assured me that no one there works on a commission and i felt no pressure to buy from them (they actually encouraged me to go shop around just to make sure i would be totally happy with my purchase)... view more. I am a customer for life, as long as i come here i will never have to deal with the hassle of a big dealership ever again! Sometimes bigger isnt always better. I would send anybody here in a heartbeat!

I have always bought cars new, but my family does get all of our vehicles serviced and detailed here. Dave is a very helpful mechanic he always gets my car done in a timely fashion and never trys to do work that I don`t need. The detail guy PJ does an excellent job for the price that he charges. Magic City Motorcars provides excellent service and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Bought a car two years ago just to build my credit It has minor problems but was understandable because of the fact that it was only a $3000 car. They always worked with me when a repair was needed. Disappointed
Magic City Motorcars gains most of their business from those individuals that lack the credit rating to shop at a more reputable dealer. Although this may be seen as a positive aspect to those plagued with little or no credit rating, when it comes down to quality and customer satisfaction Magic City Motor Cars definitely falls short. My own experience started with a Jeep Liberty that my girlfriend fell in love with a... view morend HAD to have. The car`s exterior was in great condition but within a few days it began to run rough and the check engine light had. We scheduled an appointment with Magic City`s so-called "tech" and he did little to alleviate the situation and claimed "we have another Liberty here and it runs the same way". This obviously proved to be a useless explanation because there was an undeniable problem with this newly purchased vehicle. As the vehicle began to run more poorly, it became obvious that the engine was misfiring due to engine codes that I had checked out at a family friends shop. I asked the "tech" to see if there was some sort of misfire and after a day of having the vehicle he said that his device found no such codes. I knew this was a lie and was just to avoid paying for repairs.
Numerous complaints to the sales manager (or whatever he is) lead us to Axelrod in Wadsworth because they were once a Chrysler dealer. The sales manager there proved to be unhelpful as well and seemed to be adamant about fixing the vehicle and dissuaded us numerous times about fixing the vehicle. His theory was, "If we take it apart and the insurance inspector cannot find anything wrong with it, you will have to pay to put it back together." My frustrations lead me to Fred Martin and the rollercoaster ride with the insurance company, ?ˆ?DDG?ˆ?, that Magic City Motor Cars provides for their customers. Overall, the experience was horrible and gave insight of why repair shops were weary of taking on the job. After three weeks of trying to get the insurance company to pay for the repairs it was finally paid for. This caused resentment for the lack of quality that Magic City Motor Cars demonstrates in their vehicles and the hassle of the warranty insurance they provide. I would never deal with this dealership again.
