Chuck is a straight up, honest...

Chuck is a straight up, honest and trustworthy auto machanic. He really cares about you and your car. I have never had any one call me to see how my car was running the next day, but Chuck did. He is like a doctor, when you find a good one you really want to keep him. I almost want to find something else wrong with my car so I can take it to Chuck`s for repair. Chuck the owner is a great guy...

Chuck the owner is a great guy! His mechanics are clean smart and polite. He makes me feel like a priority every single time I take my car in for service. I am an outside salesperson who uses my car for work every day, and unfortunately I only have one vehicle. So when something goes wrong, I need it fixed fast, cheap and done right the FIRST time... He has been below the low end of the spectrum of suggested cost on repairpal.com EVERY TIME! It`s hard to find a good mechanic these days, especially one who goes that extra mile for you. I suggest you give him a try if you live in on the West side of Cleveland. Sure am glad I did, I will be a customer for life!

Excellent, honest and reasonably priced service

The owner (Chuck) is very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. He is very good to his customers and will tell you what is really going on with your car (he is definitely not just trying to make a buck). His prices are very reasonable. As a single woman going to a new mechanic, I am always worried I will get ripped off or be disrespected when trying to get my car fixed.
