Great people, great service

My 2003 A4 had a really loud rattling coming from the rear suspension, so I took it to Audi to find out what was wrong. They told me my rear shock was completely blown out and I needed to get both shocks replaced immediately, and that would cost over $1000. I took it to Mr. Smyth for a second opinion, and he managed to squeeze me in that day to take a look at it FOR FREE. He did notice some fluid coming from the rear... view more shock, but the real noise was coming from some loose body work, so he put two screws in and the noise completely stopped! He was really helpful and kind the whole way through, and managed to fit me into his schedule. He also took a look at my brakes and realized they were in need of replacement, so I can bring in my own parts and he will install them. Ill only bring my car here from now on

Mercedes-Benz , excellent service at a reasonable price

Sam Smyth gave excellent service at a reasonable price on my 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic. I needed the 13,000 mile service. Sam fixed it while I waited, gave me tips on how to do it myself if need be. The guys at Sam Smyth Imported Car Service are the best. They are very honest and reasonable. They worked with me in ordering parts. They have saved me a ton of money. Major Restoration-1957 Metropolitan

It operates so well now that we have decided to finish out the car for Concours Class competition. Mr. Smyth`s work was methodical and impeccable. Defect after defect, wrong parts and shoddy work were discovered and remedied. I can`t imagine finding better workmanship, fairer costs, or more passion for a project, than I found at Sam Smyth Auto Imports.

I went back... did you!?!? (AND A BMW FOR SALE :-(

I just wanted to pop back by and let everyone know that I had Sam do some maintenance on my 2003 BMW 325i and was EXTREMELY impressed yet again! I am so glad I have Sam Smyth Imports to go to for my automobile maintenance. It gives me such piece of mind to know that I my car is getting taken care of for such an affordable price! PREVIOUS REVIEW: When I first purchased my 2003 BMW 325i, I brought it to the BMW store every time I needed anything for it. I bought my car used, so when I got it I had to get the 60K check up, etc. About 6 months and more dollars than I would care to admit later, I found Sam Smyth Imports. Honestly, my enjoyment in my car skyrocketed. The thing is, as much as I love my car, the prices for maintenance and such were beginning to make me question my purchase. I am a younger female who only has my income... which is not much, so the cons could have outweighed the pros pretty quickly in this economy. Luckily, I did find Sam Smyth and his awesome shop. Not only do I get quality service at a really affordable price, but I learn so many things about my car and all of the cars in his shop every time I get my car worked on. Sam Smyth is a genious with a wrench. He repairs all kinds of cars, from daily drivers to exotics, from your Jeep to a Rolls Royce. He`s a certified Rolls Royce judge and mechanic, so he knows his stuff.

Great Mechanic, will do business again.

Sam just made another fix to my Land rover Defender 90. Like before his service was great and he found the best prices out there on the parts that I needed. Sam is not afraid to go the extra mile for his clients and does everything possible to make them happy. I highly recommend him as he can fix everything from a Ferrari to a Bentley, and has the awards from the Clubs and manufacturers to prove it.
