The Elsens are a married couple and this is their baby together!!! THey cherish the work they do as well as the people that come to them. I have been a customer approximatley since 2004 when I owned a litle `92 325i and I was a junior in highschool. I had been taking my car to several different shops or dealers and no one could figure out my issue. I brought it to them and it was fixed at my first visit. I had the wr... view moreong cap on my coolant, so it wasnt pressurized correctly and would continually let my car over heat!!! Rediculous, such a simple problem and no one else cared enough to correct it. Then, I blew that car up, because I was a teenager and fairly reckless, will not deny. But, they sold me a `98 528i. Freaking beautiful car and in pristein condition. I got tears n my eye when I first laid eyes on her. I have had her for almost 4 years now and she still runs like a champ. No large problems, just the minor wear and tear. They have always been great with working with me and trying to give my car the attention she needed and not any extra things not necessary as well as prcing everyhting fairly lower than any dealership price and probably taking care of my car far much more compationately than a dealr would as well. You can not go wrong with the Elsens. I live in florida now and will still call them on certain issues to get their advice.
