Rude and ripoff

The salesmen were rude I told them I was going to make a phone call after talking with the salemen and nick one of the managers asks me who you calling? Which is none of his business. The sales manager threatened to repo my car after he made a mistake and forgot to collect my down payment. The bank paid for the rest of it. Worst Car Buying Experience Ever.

I`ve owned about 12 cars since I started driving, all bought from dealerships. Never have I ever encountered such an incompetent crew as I have at Bill Doraty.

First of all, it took them 6 weeks to locate a car so I could take delivery, although I was told before going out to their lot that they had the car in stock. It`s not the wait that bothered me, but the constant... view more excuses and the fact that stories changed constantly. Unless I initiated contact, the salesman would not keep me up to date on the status of my order. It was irritating.

Once the car arrived, the finance department did an amazingly crappy job at getting my loan straightened out. I`ve had to return three times in the last 45 days to re-sign paperwork, give them new copies of lost documents, etc. Every time I was promised a gas voucher for the trip out to Medina, and that never materialized. Last time I asked about the promised vouchers, the man handling the finance looked at me as if I was crazy.

The little Rio5 I bought was great, and has kept me happy so far. But I will not be returning to Bill Doraty for anything else.

Awesome Deal and Service

The sales person that I had was Mike Harb, and he was a World Class Sale Rep. I had an awesome expierience, great service and best of all is someone that you can Trust.
