Great service

My wife went in to have her brakes and shocks checked. They thoroughly checked her car and told her both shocks and struts were the originals and showed her. She was mad because two years prior she had gone to a Munro to have them replaced. But we were extremely thankful Mike and his mechanics were able to fix the situation he told her he wouldnt let his own wife drive off the lot with those shocks and brakes. Fantastic Place

My repeated service at this location has been fantastic and I wouln`t take my car anywhere else. The repairs are not necesarily cheap, but no car repairs are cheap. I wouln`t want cheap anyways, I want it done right. I took my car in on one occasion and was unfortunately told that my breaks were shot. Luckily the manager made sure that the job was done quickly and wouln`t let me leave until the job was done. I truely appreciate his concern for my overall safety and getting the job done right! I wouldn`t trust my car to anyone else even now that I have purchased a new vehicle. great place to do business

i had a great experience here myself, i was completely taken care of and would recommend this shop to anybody in the area, i had a breakdown just as i was coming off of 270 and just barely made it into their shop on a saturday. i would have been stranded if it weren`t for them, i obviously did not have an appt. as this was a wheel with bolts breaking off as i was driving, i got in there with only 2 of the five wheel ... view morelugs holding on. i was fixed and back on the road within an hour. talk about life savers. i rate it a ten, the manager mike is a great guy, went out of his way to help me that day. p.s. to the compliainer who had missing exhaust, i had a catalytic converter stolen off my other car while it sat outside at another repair shop on the eastside, that happens, thieves are everywhere.

My Overheating Nightmare

I took my car in to Tuffy located on Cleveland Ave and Schrock Rd for a overheating problem and got it back with a missing exhaust problem then to top it all off the problem I had originally took the car in to have fixed wasn`t fixed so I paid $228.37 for NOTHING!!! I got my car out of the shop on a wednesday and had to take it back on a saturday for them to tell me that it would cost another $1800.00 to correct a pr... view moreoblem that i was assured was fixed whe i picked my vehicle up. Now don`t get me wrong the manager was very understanding with me and explained the entire process and situation to me but the employee who apprantly fixed my car was not the same way, when i asked what happened to my exhaust I recvd three different stories about how they didn`t know, he wasn`t there, and then the best one was when he drove it around it didn`t sound like that. so needless to say I still don`t what in the world happened to my ehaust. So in the end what i thought was going to be a simple fix to my overheating problem turned into a diaster and ended with me having no car at all. I would not recommend this auto repair service to anyone the only thing I would recommend is the manager Mike.
