Terrible Service Department - Go somewhere else!!
I took my 2006 Ford F150 to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, OH to have the ABS module paired to my truck. They said they could do it with no problem, and I left it there to be serviced. I returned to pick my truck up, Amanda M. Campbell (service writer) said everything was fixed, and the ABS light was out. I paid $117.15 and went out and got in my truck, started it up and the light was still ON! They would even doubl... view moree check their work!!! They are scam artist and will take your money and not fix your vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Purchased a 2004 Tiburon with 55k miles on it...told salesmen before purchase...after test drive...about the A/C, Window Seal, Brakes, Shimmie in steering wheel, slight pull to the right, Brakes Pulse...which I was told it would be taken care of...but couldn?ˆ™t be documented if they wanted to keep their job. (*note* I have emails between sales man Dan and I about the repairs, assuring me that they would be fixed). So ... view moreI purchase the car with I was told that I didn?ˆ™t need the extended warranty because it was a waste of money...and that I had 3 days after purchase to let them know of any issues.....*YEAH*....so I picked it up the next day, and they were suppose to fix the issues. When I picked it up, at the time, my main concern was the A/C...so my original sales man of course was not there...so I asked what they had done to the A/C (e.g. Replace compressor, fix leak)...a random used car sales man chimes in and tells me...""Oh I know what Dan said they did...They re-charged it and pressure tested it, to assure that there wasn?ˆ™t any leaks""...So I take my car and go.. come to find out...all the other issues were not addressed, only the A/C was...so not even2 days later I dropped it back of to have it fixed AGAIN...which I have a printout with the list of items noted in the email, which was giving...supposedly to the mechanics to inspect all the issues addressed...which is marked ""ok"" or have a check mark next to when I picked up my car the 2nd time...needless to say...about 4 days later the A/C just seemed to keep getting warmer and warmer...until it felt like it wasn?ˆ™t working. So I took the car to FireStone to have the car ""safety inspected"" and the A/C checked...well come to find out...The A/C hose from the compressor was clearly leaking which they would have known that if they would have even looked instead of just re-charging it and hoping I was a stupid enough girl to be OK with it...as well as the Shimmie/pull in my tires was because the car has a bent rim....the windshield seal need fixed and the dealership did was put black tar type stuff in it and stuck the seal back down...well I kept hearing a whistling sound when the windows were up and the A/C was on when it worked...and FireStone told me that my Windshield was leaking in the top Left Corner..which is where they were suppose to fix it...My parking brake doesn?ˆ™t work (*Note* my car is a 6 speed) and if I pull my parking brake my tire locks up and u have to pry it apart to free it up for the tire to spin freely.....So after the 3rd time contacting Dan to let him know what I was informed by FireStone...he says he pretty much can?ˆ™t do anything about it. SO I was like...OK I`ll just contact you manager about it to see how this can be addressed...So I contacted the Used Cars Manager Mike, who was rude and asked me if I had a ""To Do List"" and I was like no..I have an email that states what was to be fixed...prior to purchase and within the 3 day period. He stated ""We can only do what is documented"" I said ""I was told that they couldn?ˆ™t document anything if they wanted to keep their job"" Mike said ""Yes, that what we tell our sales guys...and I can?ˆ™t sit with each one to know exactly what they say""....So basically in the end..I bought a used car...that?ˆ™s NOT BRAND NEW....so there being safty issues is not a concern or any misleading, incorrect information from the ""Shady Salesman"" at this dealership. I highly recommend NOT buying from this or any Mike Castrucci Dealer!!!
