CUSTOMERS BEWARE

I recently had my car towed. That in itself is a stressful experience. Unfortunately, it was made even more unpleasant by the company that towed my car. The company was Lambert`s Auto & Paint (apparently they do towing also). They are located at 7212 Harrison Ave Cinti., OH 45247. The owner, Jim Lambert was rude, abrupt, brash, disrespectful and thoroughly an unpleasant man to deal with. It is a family operation.... view more The equipment (phones, fax machines) are antiquated and in poor working condition. The staff was inconsiderate, non cooperative and had negligible customer service skills. I STRONGLY recommend that any individual or company bypass this incredibly non professional towing service. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
