This place completely stole from me! I went in there with a catalytic converter and came out with just a front pipe. My exhaust had been dragging, I was driving down the road and saw Monro so I pulled in and asked if they would tie it back up (I had it rigged temporarily until I could get it fixed). I came back an hour later when they called, thanked them and drove away. I noticed the car sounded even louder than it had before, but being a typical female just went about my business (shame on me!). All I knew was that it wasn`t dragging aymore, so I was satisfied. 3 months later, today, I`ve got my money to fix the rest, I go into Mad Hatter Muffler and they tell me someone has sawed off my catalytic converter, and was I aware. I had a flash back to the day I stopped in at monro. I thought oh my God and wanted to drive to Worthington, but since they were ?ˆ?doing me a favor?ˆ? there is no paper trail that I was ever there. I am just screwed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES! I sincerely hope my review ruins their business.
