They did a terrible job, with ...

They did a terrible job, with at least 5 noticeable flaws on my car. The manager is like a used car salesman; he talks a lot and will say anything to convince you that he cares and will fix the problems, but he never actually followed through. I would never go there again. P.S.-- He managed True Quality Collision a few years ago, so any bad reviews for that site would apply here now.

Autospot Collision deserves the highest possible rating for customer support. I have used their shop on four different occasions for minor body repairs. Each time I have been very impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail, and concern for customer satisfaction. The local area is fortunate to have such a customer focused shop. thanks to autospot in Centerville for fixing my car !! IT LOOKS BRAND NEW !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They worked with my insurance company and I had to do almost nothing except drop off keys and days later it was like brand new. thanks guys.

My daughter`s Cobalt had over ...

My daughter`s Cobalt had over $4,500.00 is hail/storm damage ALL OVER the car. Autospot returned my call within hours of my email request, and they fixed everything within 7 business days !!! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN DAYTON area for customer service. Special thanks to Matt who handled my account. The car looks great, and they even detailed the car inside and out for us prior to delivery. I am extremely happy.

I DIDN`T HAVE INSURANCE TO COV...

I DIDN`T HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER MY ACCIDENT. WENT TO A COUPLE OTHER BODY SHOPS IN TOWN AND NO ONE WANTED TO FIX MY VEHICLE. FINALLY AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP SENT ME TO AUTOSPOT AND THEY TREATED ME GREAT. FIXED MY VEHICLE. THE PRICE WAS UNDER WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AND IT LOOKS PERFECT. THANKS A LOT GUYS !!!!!!

A few months after purchasing ...

A few months after purchasing my new lexus I was involved in an accident. I called lexus of dayton and they directed me to autospot. I have never heard of them before so after talking to them I felt comfortable with them. They did a great job with keeping me informed and took care of everything with my insurance company.
