From a home owners perspective, I was refered to Kerbler. I will never use them again for the following reason.
I was told on the phone I would receive same day service if I brought my screen door over.
I brought it to the shop and ther said one week (5 working days). I called after 8 working days and it was not completed. I asked for a return call when completed and a lady on the phone said she would call me. ... view moreAfter 3 weeks I called about the screen door and a man said it was done. I asked what was done and he said two rollers were replaced and screen replaced.
My origional request was to make a whole new door or at the least change all 4 rolers. The only good aspect was the new screen job which I can easily do myself.
I put the screen door up and it does not work any better than it did with the old rolers (That is why I wanted a whole new door).
Not only is the end result very poor, the 4 people I spoke with during the 3 weeks wore thier ""blue coller"" mentality very well (will not take responsibility for the poor customer service or the lies I was told about timeliness and completition). When a company representative tells me they are to busy to finish my screen door, you must be makeing $$ hand over fist (but I know that is not the case with this company)
Based off a couple other reviews, this organization caters better to the larger customer, not the ""off the street"" customer. A one star rating is much to generous.
I now have a door that will not work and I am $60.00 in the hole. I hope the owner/president or someone that can take responsibility for the companies service and product, will read this review

Columbus` best glass and window company
I am a general contractor who has used Kerbler & Co. for about 15 years for all my client`s needs for replacement glass, window parts, screens, tempered glass, etc.
I have always found them to be courteous, polite and very professional.
When I`ve ad a situation where I needed advice about a problem fix, they always help; that is even though I am doing some installs and fixes that cut into their business.

Timely, Professional
Kerbler & Co. replaced three transom windows in a home we recently purchased. Two were replaced due to broken seals, condensation & moisture. A third window was cracked. The estimate was very reasonable, the technicians were friendly and professional. NO Problems
I am in the building materials industry and have dealt with Kerbler for many years. I refer others to them and also use them myself. I would not hesitate recommending Kerbler to anyone. BE PATIENT, everyone seems to want screens and windows repaired at the same time of year. This is a family operation, not a mass production factory. They can rescreen or reglaze most anything.

Worst Window Company on Customer Service
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable on returning phone calls and at scheduling service and their customer service people are incredibly rude.
