I took my car there and I`m happy with the work. They helped me with the rental car, and made sure it got paid by insurance. They even did a really thorough job of cleaning the car out!

Do not go here!!!

Do not go to this location!!! I had minor front bumper damage so I took it there because it was close. they quoted me three days So after it being a week late they finally called me to pick my car up Keep in mind that that call was the only one that I received.So I came in and they gave me my keys with no overview of what they did or why it was so late. I also find out this morning that both of my fog lights ar... view moree not working and my front grill was not put on all the way (at least they were kind enough to leave the bolts on the back seat floor so that I could finish bolting it in myself .) that was mighty white of them. bottom line is do not take your car here they make you feel like you are annoying them by being in their presence and they do not care if you are satisfied or not.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SMOKED IN MY CAR!!

They messed up the wiring on my rear view mirror when I took it in for some body work. They agreed to fix it for free which was great but when I picked up my car it smelled like an ashtray. The office was closed but there was someone working in the garage. My fiance went to knock on the door to speak with someone about it and saw a mechanic sitting in the front seat of someone elses car smoking a cigarrette! When... view more the guy came to the door (still smoking his cigaretter), he tried to tell us that he had worked on my car but that he never smoked in the cars. We told him we just saw him smoking in someone elses car and his response was ""well, I always hold the cigarrette out the window"". As if that was supposed to make me feel better. He told us we would have to take it up with his supervisor, Bob. It was a Friday night so I had to wait until Monday morning to get anyone on the phone. I called three times and received no response from Bob. On my 4th call, I finally spoke to a man named Phil who was RUDE RUDE RUDE and told me the smell must be from some wiring work they did. I repeated the conversation we had with the mechanic and he said he would put a scent in my car. I said I wanted it detailed and he flat out refused and said a vaccum and scent was the best he would offer. This was all after yelling at me and basically implying that I was in the wrong for being upset. I was upset that my car was messed up by Combs which made me have to make an extra trip to fix their mistake and I was upset that someone smoked in my car and basically admitted it but what made me the most upset was when instead of apologizing and bending over backwards to fix this, Phil was defensive, refused to admit fault and tried to make me feel like I was being rude for insisting on them detailing. I would never reccomend this body shop again. Customer service was HORRIBLE and even if they detailed my car, I wouldn`t reccomend based on Phil`s bad attitude.
