buyers beware

First let me say that my buying experience at Toyota west couldn t have been better. I had a very pleasent experience upon purchase of my 2010 carolla. S. This apparently was the only time i would receive good service but certainly not the last time these people would lie to me in regards to my vehicle. Not only is the service department about making money they do it with absolutely no respect for their customers.... view more I have had my car for about 13 months and there is currently 22k miles on this vehicle. Here is the growing list of problems i have had. The cd player went out on my vehicle. The breaks were grinding and sticking. My car stalls and dies in reverse. I need a full set of tires mind you this is not to the way i handle my vehicle after some extensive research with no knowledge given from the dealership these tires are apparently defective there is metal pieces showing on every tire and small air bubbles on the tires. I also had my windshield crack 2 months after buying this vehicle and most of its time was spent in the drive way or the parking lot at work. When i presented my problems to the dealership they sent me on an endless circle of call this number call that number only to be told they have to deal with it at the dealership. I shrugged this off as maybe a mis understanding and was told to make an appointment with the service manager. So i did. Upon arrival to the dealership no one had record of the appointment that i confirmed but then i had to wait an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. Once i finally got to speak to someone they literally spent less than a minute with me about my vehicle concerns and told me i have to pay out of pocket and pointed me to the exit. Not only will i never recommend Toyota period to anyone but i will be making efforts immediately to get a different vehicle and take my business elsewhere.
