They treat you more like a family member than a customer. Their estimate was almost $100 cheaper than my other estimate. They also did it faster and better. I would recommend them highly and plan on doing the rest of my business with them.

Owner that approaches repairs as if in the shoes of the consumer

I am new to the area, Ilive in Copley and i needed some work done on my car... I asked a Gentleman that I had met in church about "a place to go to get the repairs" . He recommended Cottage Muffler and Brake. I went in with an idea of what it should cost based on a couple quotes i had gotten...Long Story short...Their knowledge saved me alot of money. He is a rare individual that CARES..really honestly cares...I have now had them do work on my Saab, Toyota and Ford over the last year. All work has been completed in a timely, professional manner, and would recommend anyone needing any work to drive in to see them. You are doing yourself a favor. "Mike" is the name over the owner. Awesome

This shop has the best people I have ever met! The owners Mike and Suzanne are friendly and truelly care about the work that needs done. Also the great workers they have, do the job and do it well. They will gladly show you what`s wrong with your car and tell you what needs to be done for it to be fixed. I don`t think you could find a better repair shop than this one.

CRAP!

Owner refused to look at equipment that should be warrantied, however when it breaks, refuses. Do not allow them to put a cat on your car, he will lie to you and anyone else. Tells me that he put a direct fit cat, nope universal!!! nice huh. Then when said cat fails in less that 16,000 miles, refuses to look at it and contact manufacturer about the cat.
