I visited Mad Hatters to have a repair made that another company told me was needed. When I arrived at the location everyone I came in contact with treated me as a lady with such respect they made me feel as though I was a valued customer and not only was everyone friendly I discovered they were very honest because the work that I was told by another reputable company was not needed and they showed me where the prob... view morelem was and referred me to another company because they did not have the tools to do the repair. The technician that checked my BMW Z3 was Shane and he explained what was needed and what was not. I would recommend Mad Hatters to anyone that had muffler concerns. The entire team of technicians are absolute gentlemen they are awesome - very professional, respecful, honest and trusting men of integrity! I give the company 10 stars!

Honest, Informative, Respectful, Professional, Trusting, Really here is MY EXPERIENCE. A "chain" store....$468.00, "Cause my 1994 Buick REGAL CUSTOM 3800 was UNIQUE!!!!" REALLY.... MadHatter $96.00 w/ LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! .... These Guys are "OLD SCHOOL" and that is meant in ONLY THE MOST RESPECTFULL WAY!......
