My car was in an accident and I went to Carl`s for repairs. Their staff was very informative, helpful and friendly from start to finish. The repairs to my vehicle were fantastic! I was due to for an oil change and I didn`t know they had a mechanics dept. as well, but offered that to me when I was dropping my car off and I got that taken care while it was there. Simply the best body shop in Ohio.

Simply the best body shop in Ohio. Their estimators were very friendly, and extremely knowlegable. My vehicle has some age on it, and I was very worried about it being a total loss. Not only were they able to fix my car, but they worked some kind of magic and were able to use factory parts! They said they can`t do that in every situation, but sometimes they are able to work with their distributors to get the fact... view moreory parts, even though my evil insurance company wanted to put on used or aftermarket parts! That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! Thank you Carl`s! I Am a Customer For Life!

Sorry folks, this one was a poor experience

I can`t recommend Carl`s Body Shop and Towing to you. Estimator Joe was disinterested to say the least, once he found our car was totaled by the insurance company. I ahd to go back several times just to get the key back, after repeatedly it was siad the key was in the car. Most interested in getting the totaled car to either repair and then sell or sell as parts. I would run from these guys! Ugh.
