They go out of there way and spend long hours to make things perfect for you. They are one of the best in the industry. 6) Train your staff (if you have any) to be ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. 7) Take the extra step. They take the extra step to make sure they are giving you your moneys worth and the best quality service they could possible offer. Also they take there time to explain the procedures of the thing they are performing for you and your car. When you leave your car / baby with them you know your leaving your baby with the best and knowing it will be safe and cared for like the beauty it is.
