This place is the worst. They are not mechanics, just part replacers. I wouldn`t take a skateboard over there.

Never Disappointed

I have been going to PCS since it opened and have never had a single negative experience. I buy cars when they are 1-2 years old and them drive them until they are worthless. Needless to say, i have had many occasions where I have needed service, everything from oil changes to major repairs. Paul has always been honest, telling me if a repair was not necessary.

I have never felt the experience of slow servi... view morece either. I have both called first before an oil change or just dropped in and have always been taken care of. Major repairs have always been completed in a timely manner as well.

I am shocked to see the negative comments. In the dozens of times I have been there, I have never witnessed anyone upset or unhappy with the service. I guess if you take into account the thousands and thousands of cars that have been repaired there, the fact that there are only 6 people that feel compelled to write a negative comment is actually a testament to the excellent job they are doing.

Thank you Paul and PCS for being a anchor in the neighborhood. Your support does not go unnoticed.

So unbelievably rude, you will not believe it!

Paul called me with my estimate and I was thinking `what did I do to this guy today, that he is so rude`; You`ll know exactly what I mean if you ever talk to Paul. I showed up at 5:45pm to pay by credit card by phone, but the card had not been activated yet. While activating the card minutes after 6pm, Paul abruptly said, `gotta go, you can pick your car up tomorrow, we close at 6!`; It was only 6:10pm. Within 5 minutes the cardholder called him back and the transaction had gone through, of course. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after being disrespected by Paul, I will never go back. WTF???

Very Poor Customer Service DONT GO THERE

This guy has lousy mechanics working there. He cannot keep the good ones (I wonder why). You take your car in and it comes back with other things wrong or more problems. Forget about him working with you. You do not need more headaches. This guy is obviously posting his own reviews. Him and that woman are the reason thnat place sucks.

PCS- The only car shop I will go to.

I am honestly shocked after reading the other reviews. I think maybe those people had bad attitudes. I have always went to PCS and always will go there. They have always given reasonable prices and fast effective work was done. I recommend PCS Automotive to EVERYONE.

Rudest folks around...

Service aside, the mechanic running the show is quite possibly one of the rudest guys with whom I`ve ever dealt. I was reading lunaclips` review and I am glad to see that it wasn`t just I who was getting such horrible treatment. I had my car in for service and it took forever for them to get around to it. I had called once to check the status of the repair. I was keeping the tone light and friendly. The guy on th... view moree phone didn`t actually finish our conversation and just hung up on me as I was mid-sentence thanking him for the update. I realize that things come up and there are some delays (within reason), but this excessively long delay, coupled with the ""manager`s"" rotten lack of service helped me decide to never take my car back to them again in the future. I am also telling my friends to stay away from them. There are plenty of other shops around and the staff at those places are infinitely friendlier and more professional than this guy.

Service is abysmal

I began going to PCS in 2007 - they were fast, professional, very reasonably priced. I was young and female and was always treated very respectfully and dealt with honestly.

In the last year I`ve gotten work done twice and will never go back - the staff has changed (where`s Joe?!), the man who seems to be in charge is rude, and the delay on actually getting them to look at your car is ridiculous. PCS used to h... view moreave my car back to me in hours, but the last time I took my car in they didn`t even look at it for nearly 2 days.

When I did finally get it back (after a lot of phone calls made by me - previous management didn`t have to be called, they called me to tell me what was going on), there were a number of new problems (weird ones, like the turn signals not working). I immediately turned around, went to the guy who seemed to be in charge and he shrugged. He didn`t offer to look at it, didn`t offer a possible reason for there to be issues, he just grimaced and moved his shoulders.

Terrible customer service and such a sad change from the place I`d had such excellent experiences with.

There`s No Place Like PCS

I wouldn`t take my vehicle to anyone else but PCS. I drive all the way in from Avon Lake to PCS because I know that they are honest and reasonably priced. The owner and the employees are all friendly and go above and beyond to get the job done right. I have also taken my car to the PCS Body Shop. The work was incredible.
