My wife needed an oil change and had a slow leak in a tire. I told my her not to let them sell her anything else. They changed the oil (Regular oil - $32.00) and said she needed to replace the tire (6monthe old)because it had a small puncture on the road surface but it was within 2 inches of the sidewall. What ? I used to do flat repair and have never heard of the 2 inch rule.
