If the Cadillac service is anything like the Chevey or Nissan service- it should be renamed no service. Even if the "no-service" is free, don`t waste your time because you can be guaranteed they will waste it for you. I can safely say that I totally regret ever bringing my car to them- to the point that I reported them to the manufacturer.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING, DON`T ASK FOR A SHUTTLE RIDE, DON`T ASK FOR YOUR KEY. DO ASK YOURSELF, AM I WORTHY, IF YOU ASK JOHN IN SERVICE, PROBABLY NOT! TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER DEALER. OH BTW, I AM THE ONE WHO REPORTED YOU TO NISSAN. NOTHING PERSONAL JOHN, BUT YES, IT`S NOW PERSONAL!!!!!
