I was shocked to read the other review by jeanrich, sounds like a fired employee on a mission! Oh well. I will share my latest experience which I found incredible. My 48,000 mile truck was due in for some pre-winter care 8am last friday. I found out my battery was dead the day before my appointment. I called to see if I could bring it in early. I got a new battery, coolant change, new wipers, and they inpspected my brakes for free. My bill was $159 and I didn`t think that was bad at all, with all the great service from Matt and all! If you own a Chevy that needs repairs, love wasting money, and enjoy being over charged for basic service repairs, this is the place for you. While this company is conveniently located on The Bedford Auto Mile, the price and service for repairs is not. I have conducted business with this company on several occasions just to discover two things. 1.) The parts and service fees are priced higher than other Chevy dea... view morelers with in a 25 mi. radius. 2.) The employees are trained to charge a flat rate diagnosis fee (that is supposed check potential module issues) regardless of the problem. Although this service department is capable of fixing various repairs, in comparison to other Chevy service departments, this service team lacks friendliness and fair business practice to clients, as well as, basic client communication skills. For example, it is dilemma to ask the service team to outline and explain repairs pertaining to the vehicle. Moving forward, the service team needs to reassess how they handle/treat consumers. The customer should be treated as an object of value, which contributes to the company?????????s financial growth, instead of being treated as an object of worthlessness.
