Interstate Ford does not believe in customer service
Absolutely, no service after the sale.
Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back... view more, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even their customer service manager would not return my phone call. Let me again stress, this car is less than a year old.
I would spend my hard earned money at a business that treats you like a person, not a paycheck. My advice, find your dream car at a place who will provide you good service -- even after they`ve received your money.

Lawrence was very nice and eager to answer all our questions. He was not pushey. THat I like very much. When I buy a new car again I hope Lawrence is still with you.

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the inspection your Quick Lane team did on my 2008 Mercury Mariner on. They brought an issue with the wheel bearing to my attention, in the left rear wheel. As it turns out, that area was recently repaired after an accident. I took it back to the body shop, and they confirmed that the part was faulty, and it was dangerous to be driving around with it. Angie, the Quick Lane manager, should be used by Quick Lane as an example of excellent management. I was very impressed with her control of the techs and the fact that she was keeping people on schedule, as busy as it was. It was a great experience and certainly exceeded my expectations.
