i was looking to buy a shelby had talked with many dealers. had come to agreements but showed up to only find that it was a set up. Now let me tell everyone that i talked with this dealer and set up the deal. i e-mailed pictures of my trade in we agree on trade amount. I stopped here while on a cros...

I stopped here while on a cross-country trip, to have an engine coolant leak repaired on a Ford van. Mark Burton, service writer, proved to be rather pompous and unhelpful. He didn`t like looking me in the eye, he lied that there was only one part of the kind we needed in all of Ohio, he either lied to me or was uninformed when he claimed he didn`t know the part hadn`t arrived as promised on the delivery truck by ear... view morely afternoon, he didn`t call me all day (from 8am to 5pm) to update me on the problems they encountered during the repair, and he suggested I go off to the waiting area when I briefly dialogued directly with the mechanic who was working on my van, even though the van was being repaired outside the shop door and I wasn`t &quot;trespassing&quot; into the repair bays. They charged me nearly $500 for the repair, which got us through the trip. But within a week of returning home, coolant was leaking again, requiring another repair at a trusted local (non-dealer) mechanic, which cost that much again. I could bore you with more details, but that`s enough to give the picture. A few other employees seemed more helpful, but 1) I`m not sure the mechanic who actually worked on the van was that experienced, despite appearing to have good intentions, and 2) there were too many people involved in serving me, leading to missed communications and no one taking diligent personal responsibility to get me back on the road until late afternoon. Thankfully, they did have us on the road by shortly after 5pm, with a couple employees working an extra 15-20 minutes into their Friday evening on a Labor Day weekend.
